Using PDF Goat 24
PDF Goat 24 provides free tools to merge, split, compress, convert, sign, and otherwise edit PDF files. Most tools run entirely in your browser; no account is required to use them.
Your Files & Content
You retain all rights to the files you process with PDF Goat 24. Because processing happens on your own device, we never take possession of your files and make no claim to them. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create and for having the right to use it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PDF Goat 24 to process content that is illegal or infringes on the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Service "As Is"
PDF Goat 24 is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability

The Webpage to PDF tool fetches and renders a web page you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert that page, and we are not responsible for the content of pages you convert.
